Job Responsibilities:

Align with company strategy, participate in annual product planning, define product direction, and continuously deliver competitive products to the sales team.

Manage the full product lifecycle, design iterative product optimization plans based on user and market needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience in the power industry, with preference for candidates who have experience in promoting energy storage or PV products.

Electrical Engineer (Battery Pack)

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for battery packs, including BOM, electrical schematics, component selection, and assembly process documentation.
Perform ampacity calculations for relays, fuses, pre-charge resistors, high/low voltage connectors, and copper/aluminum busbars.
Design 3D models and generate drawings for high/low voltage wiring harnesses; review and approve drawings.
Design voltage and temperature acquisition solutions (CCS), including wiring harness or FPC-based schemes, and define electrical interface selections.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Electronics, or related disciplines.
· At least 3 years of experience in electrical design; mass production experience is a plus.
· Proficient in CATIA, CAD, and Microsoft Office.

Key Account Director / Manager (Energy Storage)

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with provincial-level subsidiaries of the “Big Five & Little Six” state-owned power groups, provincial SOEs, and private enterprises in China.
· Drive business in independent shared energy storage, renewable energy + storage, and C&I energy storage projects.

Qualifications:

10+ years of work experience, including 5–8 years in PV / wind power / power plant / grid / design institute or related sectors.
Strong connections with core decision-makers within the “Big Five & Little Six” power groups.

Energy Storage Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for regional sales of energy storage, PV, and wind power solutions; actively expand the domestic market.
· Research market product planning needs in assigned regions; collaborate with R&D and solution teams to design products that fit local markets.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in business development for PV inverters, PV modules, or energy storage.
