New chapter of cross-border cooperation: PHENEXS collaborates with renowned institutions to create a green future together

Created on:2026-05-12 11:10

Recently, PHENEXS, an innovative enterprise specializing in sustainable energy solutions and intelligent carbon management technology, officially announced the launch of multiple strategic cross-border collaborations. Together with the Regional Office of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the Carbon Neutrality Professional Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association, and the Carbon Neutrality Research Institute of Tsinghua University, they are jointly promoting the 'Zero Carbon Park Digital Empowerment Plan'. This cooperation marks an important upgrade of PHENEXS from a technology provider to an ecological co builder, and injects new momentum into its global green development strategy.

According to the cooperation agreement, PHENEXS will open up its independently developed 'EcoCore' ™ The API interface of the Carbon Smart Cloud Platform supports partners to deploy real-time carbon emission monitoring, energy efficiency optimization algorithms, and green electricity trading simulation modules in industrial parks, university campuses, and public building scenarios. The platform has been validated in six provincial-level low-carbon pilot cities in China, helping cooperative parks reduce comprehensive energy consumption by an average of 12.7% and shorten the carbon data accounting cycle from monthly to minute level.

It is worth mentioning that PHENEXS has simultaneously released the "White Paper on Cross border Collaboration in Industrial Carbon Management (2024)", which for the first time systematically proposes the "Three Party Co governance Model" - that is, the technical party (PHENEXS), the standard party (industry association), and the local party (local government and park operation subject) collaborate to promote the digitization of carbon governance. This model has been validated in benchmark projects such as Suzhou Industrial Park and Chengdu Tianfu New Area, and has been included in the recommended list of green manufacturing system solution suppliers by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for 2024.

PHENEXS founder and CEO Li Zhe said, 'A single technology cannot solve systemic climate challenges.'. A truly green future must be built on trust and collaboration across disciplines, industries, and regions. We are not providing a tool, but building a sustainable, replicable, and auditable green infrastructure. ’At present, PHENEXS has signed joint laboratory agreements with 17 domestic and foreign research institutions, focusing on cutting-edge directions such as AI driven distributed energy scheduling and industrial process carbon capture path simulation.

As a long-term practitioner of ESG practices, PHENEXS has achieved full coverage of 100% green electricity in 2023 and has been certified by the international authoritative organization SGS. The company promises to reduce the cost of third-party emission reduction verification in the cooperative ecosystem by 40% by 2026, and to help small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises access the national carbon market system at low cost through open-source carbon data middleware.
