Give back to society: PHENEXS participates in public welfare undertakings to demonstrate corporate responsibility

As a provider of industrial intelligence solutions focused on artificial intelligence, PHENEXS (Phoenix) has continuously deepened its corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in recent years, deeply integrating public welfare actions into the company's development strategy and daily operations.

Since 2023, PHENEXS has launched the 'Smart Future' education support program in multiple central and western provinces of China. It has donated AI science popularization laboratory equipment and customized course resource packages to 12 rural primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Zhaotong, Gansu Linxia, Sichuan Liangshan, and other places. It has also collaborated with volunteer teams from universities to conduct offline programming enlightenment workshops, benefiting over 3800 teachers and students. The laboratory is equipped with PHENEXS's self-developed lightweight edge AI teaching kit, which supports basic experiments such as image recognition and voice interaction, allowing students to understand the principles of artificial intelligence through hands-on practice and narrow the digital literacy gap.

In addition to investing in education, PHENEXS also actively participates in environmental protection and community service actions. In the spring of 2024, the company launched the "green production line · zero carbon peer" initiative, fully implemented the photovoltaic energy storage system in its Suzhou R&D center, and organized a team of staff volunteers to complete the ecological restoration and tree planting activities of the the Taihu Lake Lake Basin wetlands, planting more than 2100 local species. In addition, PHENEXS has provided targeted scholarships and career experience days support for the 'Blue collar Family Children's Growth Plan' in Suzhou Industrial Park for three consecutive years, helping children of industrial workers to obtain equal development opportunities.

It is worth noting that PHENEXS embeds ESG concepts into supply chain management - requiring core suppliers to sign a "Sustainable Procurement Commitment Letter" and adding a social responsibility weight (up to 15%) in the annual supplier evaluation. The company released its first ESG and Social Value Report in 2023, disclosing a total public welfare investment of 6.87 million yuan and a cumulative employee volunteer service time exceeding 12400 hours. Public welfare projects cover three dimensions: education equity, low-carbon development, and community empowerment.
