PHENEXS, a global leader in clean energy technology, recently officially released its new generation of high-efficiency solar panels - PhenexSolar X9 series. This series of products adopts independently developed Multi Junction Tandem Cell photovoltaic technology, which achieves a photoelectric conversion efficiency of up to 28.7% under standard test conditions (STC), breaking the industry record for mass production module efficiency and improving by 12.4% compared to the previous generation of products. It is significantly better than the average efficiency level of mainstream PERC and TOPCon modules (23-25%) at present.

The PhenexSolar X9 series is equipped with a third-generation anti reflective nano coating and an intelligent double-sided power generation structure, which can continuously output stable power in complex lighting environments such as scattered light, weak morning/dusk light, and snow reflection. The measured annual power generation has increased by 22% compared to traditional components of the same area. At the same time, the product has passed the full set of reliability certifications of IEC 61215:2016 and IEC 61730:2021, and has excellent resistance to PID (potential induced decay), heat spots, and salt spray, suitable for diverse and harsh scenarios such as deserts, coasts, and high altitudes.

PHENEXS Chief Technology Officer Dr. Lena Vogt stated at the press conference that the X9 is not an iteration, but a leap forward. We have integrated the results of the Perovskite/Si HJT pilot line with an AI driven optical simulation system, truly transforming laboratory breakthroughs into commercial products that can be delivered on a large scale. ’At present, the first batch of X9 components have been delivered to EnerGreen, a leading energy developer in Europe, and the "whole county promotion" pilot project in Yancheng, Jiangsu, China, with a single project installed capacity of over 120MW.

As an innovative enterprise that has been deeply involved in the field of photovoltaic materials and system integration for over 15 years, PHENEXS is headquartered in Aachen, Germany, with research and development bases covering China, Germany, and Japan. It has accumulated 137 international patents in perovskite stable packaging, lightweight flexible supports, and intelligent operation and maintenance cloud platforms. The company simultaneously announced the launch of the 'SunBridge 2025' plan, which will invest 180 million euros in the construction of a fully automated stacked battery production line over the next three years, and open up X9 technology licensing cooperation to accelerate the global low-carbon infrastructure upgrade process.

Industry analysis indicates that the mass production of PhenexSolar X9 marks the official entry of high-efficiency stacked photovoltaic technology into the commercial maturity period. With the continuous increase of carbon neutrality policies in various countries and further exploration of LCOE (levelized cost of electricity), PHENEXS is using technological innovation as a pivot to promote the deep evolution of photovoltaics from an 'energy supplement' to a 'main power source' role.
